At Qyxento we value the trust of our educational community and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy describes, in clear language and without unnecessary jargon, what information we collect, why we use it and what your rights are as a data subject.

1. Data controller

The controller is Qyxento S.A., legally domiciled at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Tax ID 30-71823456-9, registered with IGJ under No. 1,987,654.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to answer educational questions, improve our materials and comply with legal obligations: name, email address, voluntary message and, where applicable, technical device data when you browse the site.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to: a) handle educational queries; b) send you requested learning materials; c) comply with tax and regulatory obligations in Argentina; d) carry out aggregated measurements to improve accessibility.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on informed consent provided through our forms and on the legitimate interest of maintaining a safe and accessible educational service, in accordance with Argentinian Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.

5. Retention periods

We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and, in any event, for a maximum of five years from your last interaction, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We only share information with technology providers acting as data processors under contract and with authorities when required by a duly justified judicial order.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to privacy@qyxento.com. The Access to Public Information Agency is the supervisory body in Argentina.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical, organisational and physical measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic internal audits.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically. We will publish any relevant change on this same page, indicating the date of the latest revision.
